If a product gets stuck in the vending machine, simply contact us and we will send a technician to fix the issue. If the product cannot be removed, we will refund your money or provide a replacement product.

 Yes, our machines exclusively accept cashless payments. As the world evolves, so do we support all cashless payment methods for your convenience. 

  Yes, our machines are compact and designed to fit in virtually any space you have available.

 We are currently working on expanding the variety of machines to those that can dispense drinks and refrigerated items. In the meantime, we only offer the Quickeez Machine.

 We monitor our inventory based on each machine's activity level. Once a machine reaches about half of its stock, we promptly restock it. Our goal is to ensure a restock every two weeks, at a minimum.

 Our vending machines offer complete customizability to satisfy your cravings. If you're in the mood for a specific treat, like a delicious chocolate bar, we can make it happen! Simply scan the QR code on the machine or email us your request, and be sure to include your location or machine number to help us make the perfect update.
